Big helper
Lukas loves to help. We have had a little bit of a rough week, Lukas has two new teeth and is cutting some molars. This has thrown his schedule off and he has not been sleeping so well at night. One of the biggest ways for me to distract him has been to let him be my big helper! He loves to do dishes (of course I was them first then let him wash them so the are clean.) He also loves to put the laundry in the dryer and into the washing machine. He literally starts screaming when we leave the laundry room because he wants to keep helping. Today he even took a wash cloth and wiped off a some conditioner that had spilled on the tub. He wiped only the spot and as soon as it was gone he put the wash cloth down. Silly kid! I am hoping that he wants to be such a good helper the rest of his life.

so cute! but don't count on him wanting to help out when he's bigger :)
The sad part is, when they are little they want to help. And like you said, it's almost a pain in the butt, because you've got to do everything either first, or over again. (But it is cute, and that makes up for a lot). But then when they are older, and capable of helping you out, they have NO interest. Just FYI.
So cute! Hopefully, he'll keep up the good work! Maybe this is just the beginning of a lifetime of helping you!
