Play house

My kids have a new play house! They were getting a little bored in the back yard so I thought this would be the perfect addition. I of course want them to play outside a lot so anything to help them do this is worth it. I asked Lukas if he wanted a swing set or a play house. He said play house. So play house it was. I found one I liked and had them ship it Via Site to Site through Wal Mart. I LOVE this option by the way. It came yesterday and we went and got it. Lukas was so excited and stayed outside the whole time Dan put it together. They played on it all morning and had a blast!


Lukas kept saying take my picture doing this mommy. HA HA.
Blairs favorite part about the play house is the slide.

He seriously loves it and I hope he keeps enjoying it. I know I enjoyed being outside for a long time today.
They are so cute and even play well most of the time!

Ducks

Today we went and fed the ducks. It was really fun. Both my kids had a great time. Blair scared me a few times by running super fast towards the water. Between my mom and I we were able to keep her from falling in. I didn't get to many pictures because of this though. Miss Blair sure keeps me busy with her craziness.

Can I have some bread?
Lukas chased the ducks a lot and thought that was just as fun as feeding them.

We even got to see two ducks fight. It first started over a piece of bread. However, they took it to the street and kept going when there wasn't any more bread to fight over. One of them decided to just fly to the other pond and be a bigger duck.

Build a Bear

When my kids turn 1 my mom takes them to build a bear to build their very first bear. Lukas built a kola bear in pirate jammies named Matey. Today Blair built a bear in a cute polka dot dress named B. Yes, I know B isn't a very original name but I couldn't think of anything at the moment. I figured B for Blair and B for Bear. I know I am totally the most creative mom in the world! HA HA.

I think her bear is so cute! Right up to the red and white bows.

She even tried to share her juice with B.

15 month check up

Blair had her 15 month check up last Friday. She was so scared of being examined. I think she cried harder being examined then when she got her shots. She was all good when we gave her her sticker though. She LOVES stickers. She keeps getting this odd rash on her face so we are taking her to an allergist to make sure she doesn't have any allergies. We are pretty sure she is okay but we want to double check. We think the rash she gets is because she is hypersensitive to the sun. Not super bad but a little to cause a rash. If this is the case we just have to put on lots of extra sun screen and seek shade every once in a while. It wouldn't affect her life at all besides the rash. She is getting bigger and oh so cute!

This picture is hilarious! She loves to wear mine, Dan and Lukas's clothes and shoes. Here she is in Lukas's jacket. She had to have the hood on. I think she looks like she is going to a boxing champion ship. Silly girl.

Swimming

Yesterday we put our pool up for the first time. It was so much fun and such a great way to pass the day. Lukas started swimming while Blair was napping. He wasn't having much fun. He kept saying "I want Blair to wake up, I want her to come swim." She chose this day to take a pretty long nap. As soon as she woke up though we put her swim suit right on her and out she went to join her brother.


All by himself.
Blair did NOT want to get in at first. I would put her in and she would cry. She just kept going to the towel and reading books. I thought for sure she would go right in.

After about 45 minutes she FINALLY got in! She had a blast. She is so cute!

So is he!

She loved it so much. She splashed and played and didn't want to ever get out.
She even went down the slide. Not just once but over and over and over! She even went down on her belly a few times. Thats my girl she is CRAZY!

Fun in the sprinklers

The weather has been so nice and we are loving it! We love it that the kids FINALLY got to wear their swim suits and play in the water. We brought out the squirt guns and turned on the sprinklers. It was so much fun.

Sher LOVED the sprinkler. She ran right in it right off. No fear. She did it over and over and over. I am sure it was cold but she didn't care at all.

Lukas just played with the squirt guns. He ran through the sprinkler a whopping one time. After wards he said it is just to cold. I didn't like it.

15 Months

I can't believe that little miss Blair is 15 months old today! Oh how time just flies. She rang in her 15 month mark puking last night. She started at around 11:30 and by 3:30 she had thrown up 8 times! Poor thing. I am not sure how well I handled it. I haven't done the throw up thing before. Lukas has only thrown up twice. Once when he choked at Sizzler, but my mom was there and she cleaned it up. The second time he had Rosiola and the fever from it was so high it made him sick. Needless to say we were up all night cuddling and loving her and cleaning up after her. She hasn't thrown up once since 3:30 so that is good.
Blair is such a joy at 15 months. I don't know what I would do without her smiles each and every day. Her smile is so cute. The way she squishes up her nose and just smiles. Whenever I bring the camera out she just smiles and says "cheese." She is the most active kid ever. She loves to be busy and run around and get her energy out. She is so content whether I am playing with her, daddy is playing with her, Lukas is playing with her or if she is just playing by herself. She loves the parks at the swing and just observing her surroundings while being pushed. She has a slight aversion to guys. For some reason she is a little scared by them. She loves her daddy though. She is really warming up to her grandpa Crane but can still be hesitant around him as well. She loves shoes and always brings them to me to put on her. She loves to play outside and could stay out there all day. She is my little piggy and has been known to out eat Lukas. She can eat up to three bowls of mac and cheese for lunch. She is starting to really love Sesamee street. She is actually sitting still long enough to watch a little bit while I get some things done. If you ask her how old she is she holds up one finger. She knows where her eyes, ears, mouth, tongue, teeth, belly button and bum are. She is growing so fast and acts way older then her 15 months self.

She LOVES golden oreos. She walks over to the pantry and bangs on the door till I open it and give her some.
Loving being outside!
She can climb up the slides and go down all by herself.
She loves Lukas SO much! He is her best friend. When he isn't home she gets pretty sad. She walks around looking for him. Then when she sees him she gets so so excited and smiles her big cheesy grin.
We love you baby Blair. Our family just wouldn't be a family without you!
