Work party

Today was Dans summer work party. They call it the craw fish fry. It is at the CEO's home (which is huge by the way) and it is so much fun. They have blow up toys for the kids, a band, snow cones, kettle corn, cotton candy, face painting, and a craw dad lunch. There are also hamburgers and hot dogs for those who may not like craw dads. The house has a acres of land with a pond for fishing, a play ground for the kids to play on, and horses to look at. Lukas had fun. He had his first snow cone. He didn't like the cotton candy he actually threw it on the ground, and he was scared of the blow up toys. He seemed intrigued by the big blow up slide at first so I took him to go on it with him, and as soon as we started to climb up to go down the slide he started screaming hysterically. Needless to say we got right off. He thought the band was the funnest part. He kept dancing and laughing. It was nice to spend time as a family and enjoy the sunshine. When we got home we played out side. I think Lukas's new favorite toy is the hose. He had so much fun with it. We couldn't believe it because he was soaking wet and the water was freezing but he wanted to keep right on playing with it.
