Saturday Celebrations

Since Lukas bday was on a Sunday this year he pretty much got to celebrate the whole weekend. We started out on Saturday by asking Lukas what he wanted for breakfast. Of course he said donuts. So he and daddy went to Macey's and picked out donuts for our breakfast treat.

We then let him open his presents from us. He had been wanting Epic Mickey for the Wii for a while. He was so excited to get it! He also got a bat man book with him written into the story. Blair got him the Iron Man toy! I think she did a good job at picking it out. ;)


We then had a party with some of his friends. He was so excited for his bat man party. He couldn't wait to have his friends over to celebrate with him. We started out by playing the Mr. Freeze game. We broke off into two teams and each player would carry a piece of ice on the spoon and walk it over to the bowl and dump it in. Then run back and give the spoon to the next player. The kids had fun but pretty much didn't care if they went in turn or not they each just wanted to do it over and over.

We then played bat man batman joker. Just like duck duck goose but saying bat man bat man joker. This was a big hit and the kids loved playing it. They kept saying can I be tagged next can I be tagged next.

We then played pin the mask on bat man Lukas. Thanks to my grandma and my aunt who made and brought this game. It was so cute and the kids had so much fun playing it.

Of course no party is complete without cake and ice cream. We had so much fun at Lukas's party!
